But fear not, even when I’m away, I ensure that all your booking needs are well taken care of.
The Booking Process
Now that you know the basics, let’s delve into the nitty-gritty of our booking process. It’s a breeze, really!
Step 1: Contact Us on WhatsApp
Drop us a message on WhatsApp, sharing your desired date, time, and location. I, or one of our friendly team members, will get back to you faster than you can say “Pure Awakening” (well, almost!). We’ll work our magic to find the perfect spot for you in our schedule. Book Now : 
Step 2: Specify Your Treatment
Let us know the treatment you’re interested in. Whether it’s a blissful massage, a rejuvenating facial, or a pampering beauty session, we’ve got you covered from head to toe. Feel free to share any specific preferences or unique concerns.
Step 3: Provide Your Location Details
Share your location details with us. Let us know the area you’re in, where you’re staying, or any additional information about your location. If possible, send us a location pin to ensure our therapists can find you easily.
Step 4: Choose Your Preferred Time
Tell us your preferred day and time for the appointment. We’ll do our best to accommodate your ideal time slot within our operating hours of 7 am to 7 pm, Monday to Sunday. Please note that appointments scheduled after 7 pm will incur an additional fee of R250. We’re open on all public holidays except December 25th.
Step 5: Confirm Your Booking
Once we have your treatment preferences, location details, and preferred time, we’ll check the availability of our therapists in your area. We’ll ensure that the assigned therapist is in close proximity to your location and possesses the necessary skills and equipment to provide you with an exceptional experience.
Step 6: Receive Confirmation
After confirming the therapist’s availability, we’ll send you an invoice. Once we receive proof of payment, we’ll send you a booking confirmation along with all the necessary information. Please take note of our cancellation policy: cancel appointments at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged. Late cancellations will result in a 100% charge of the booked treatment value.
Step 7: Enjoy Your Treatment
Get ready to indulge in luxury! Your chosen therapist, carefully selected by me, Judy, will arrive at your location, whether it’s your home, hotel, or guesthouse. They’ll bring their talent, expertise, and the necessary supplies to provide you with a blissful spa treatment in the comfort of your surroundings.
