The Nitty Gritty:
All treatments booked are paid for via EFT or Yoco payment link before they commence, we try to keep cash transactions to the absolute minimum to ensure the safety of our therapists and prevent them from traveling with cash.
Cash gratuities are however welcome, and can be given directly to your therapist or added to your total when securing your booking.
We understand that life happens and sometimes appointments for your mobile massage, beauty or spa therapies can’t be honored, but please note that it is your responsibility to cancel appointments 24 hours in advance in order to avoid being charged if you cannot make the appointment. All late cancellations will be charged 100% of the treatment value that was booked.
Punctuality ensures a full and unrushed spa experience, please always try to be ready for your therapist’s arrival 15 min before your treatment time to ensure a pleasant and relaxing therapy.
All communications to us are always best via WhatsApp, as we are often in treatment and can reply in-between bookings.
