At Pure Awakening, we are dedicated to providing customized and personalized massage experiences. Before your appointment, please let us know if you have any specific requirements or requests for your treatment.

During your appointment, our therapist will engage in a comprehensive verbal consultation with you to understand your individual needs and tailor the massage to your specific requirements.

  • Health Considerations: Inform your therapist of any existing injuries, allergies, or areas that need extra attention. Also, communicate the desired pressure of the massage and make any necessary adjustments throughout the session.
  • Medical Advice: For your safety and well-being, it’s important to note that massage therapy may not be suitable for certain medical conditions. We advise you to consult with a medical practitioner to determine if massage therapy is appropriate for your needs.

Setting Up for Success

  • Arrival Time: Our therapists will arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled treatment time to set up, ensuring a seamless transition from setup to treatment.
  • Room Temperature: Ensure the room designated for your treatment is at a comfortable temperature. A slightly warmer room is ideal as your blood pressure drops when lying still and relaxing. Our therapists bring along an electric blanket and plenty of cozy towels to keep you comfortable during the winter months.
  • Room Location: We would appreciate it if you could designate a ground-floor room for your treatment to make it easier to bring in our massage table and other equipment. If this is not possible, we will make arrangements accordingly.

Payment and Booking Information

To secure your booking, we offer several payment options including EFT (our preferred method), YOCO payment link, PayPal, and gratuities/tips in cash directly to your therapist. Please note that we do not accept cash payments for safety reasons.

Send us your name, surname, full address, WhatsApp location/pin (if possible), and any additional information that might help us find your location quickly and efficiently.

What to Wear

Our massage techniques include the use of oils, so we recommend that you undress to your underwear for the treatment or to a level you are comfortable with. On arrival, your therapist will prepare the bed, music, and oils, then step outside so you can undress in privacy. At the end of the treatment, your therapist will leave the room to allow you to get up at your own pace and get dressed. Please note, it is required that underwear is worn throughout all treatments.

Treatment Procedure Breakdown

Before the Massage: You will be asked to undress and lie on the massage bed on your stomach with a towel covering you.

During the Massage: Your therapist will focus on each part of your body while ensuring the rest is covered by the towel. Your therapist may speak with you regarding pressure and your comfort level to ensure you are completely satisfied. If you prefer complete silence during the massage, please let your therapist know during the verbal consultation.

After the Massage: Your therapist will let you know when the treatment is finished and leave the room to allow you to rise in your own time. They will pack up their bed and equipment and leave you to relax in your home.

Enjoy Your Quiet Time

To fully enjoy your treatment, we recommend taking some time for yourself and switching off your phones. Find a quiet space just for you. This time is yours to use for your highest good.

Cancellation Policy

Life can be unpredictable, and we understand that plans may change. If you need to cancel an appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer the appointment to someone else who may be waiting. If you cancel late or don’t show up for your appointment, you may be charged the full treatment value. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us provide the best possible service to all our clients.
